Booking-How to pay:
For stays greater than a week, is necessary to do a Bank
Transfer for a fee of 25% from the total payment Into
the Spaniard Bank Account number:

The customer should provide ID number, Name and Surname
for identification, for the Bank Transfer:

You’ll pay the left 75%
at the time of Check-out.
Credit Card accepted.
Except for specific deal, the stay will start by 17:00
of arrival day as per contract and it will finish by 12:00
of the agree departure day.
Cancellations:
-Whether cancellation is notified with more than 7 days
and less than 15 days in advance of arrival date we’ll
take the half of the fee.
-Whether the cancellation is notified within the 7 previous
days of arrival date, we’ll take the total Fee.
-Except for specific deals, whether the customer does
not arrive to the Apartment before 20:00 of the agree
arrival date. The booking will be cancelled.
